We are looking for an Payroll Administrator to join our well-rounded and professional team.

TASKS WE WANT YOU TO DO:
  • Perform payroll tasks; performing monthly and mid-month accounting tasks for customers; 

  • Preparation of payroll data, statements, returns, statistics, tax declarations; 

  • Contact, communication with customers and competent authorities, orally and in writing, occasionally in person; 

  • Up-to-date keeping and updating of data, documentation and records relating to labour and payroll; 

  • Performing administrative tasks related to the establishment and termination of employment, reporting on insured persons; 

  • Regular consultation with the accounting department for payroll information and ledger postings.

  • Higher education or accounting degree in a chartered accountant
  • 0-1 year experience
