We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join our well-rounded and professional team.

TASKS WE WANT YOU TO DO:

Organizing, controlling the work of junior and senior accountants and financial staff, motivating the team

Ensuring accounting and tax compliance with the client assigned to the position, following deadlines, reporting frequencies

Active contact, communication with customers on higher-level, more complex issues and related to the service

Ledger-level audits, reviewing and posting more complex accounting relationships, managing and managing adjustment entries

Coordination of customer audits, management of contacts with auditors and clients

Tracking the representation of our clients in tax audits

Professional assistance and "on the job" trainings for younger colleagues

Active participation in ad-hoc professional projects
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING WITH YOU:

- 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in driving people
