We are looking for an Payroll Coordinator to join our well-rounded and professional team.

TASKS WE WANT YOU TO DO:

Full performance of payroll tasks; performing and coordinating monthly and mid-month accounting tasks for customers;

Preparation of payroll data, statements, returns, statistics, tax declarations;

Contact, communication with customers and competent authorities, orally and in writing, occasionally in person;

Up-to-date keeping and updating of data, documentation and records relating to labour and payroll;

Performing administrative tasks related to the establishment and termination of employment, reporting on insured persons;

Regular consultation with the accounting department for payroll information and ledger postings.

- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Qualifications as a payroll administrator
- Customer-oriented mentality, problem-solving skills
- Precision, accuracy, conscientiousness
- ERP system practice, knowledge is an advantage
- Communication-level English language skills are an advantage
- TB administrator qualification, experience is an advantage
